I don't think this person knows anything about bootlegs.
Nothing they're selling is "rare" or even worth 1/5 of what they're on eBay for.

That HUD is definitely the same one used in Sintax's GBA platformers and that "PUSH START" text looks like the same font used in all of them.

This is the first time I have heard of a Sintax game being in Russian. It also seems odd that it is just a port of the gbc one based on appearance.
Maybe you should ask the seller about it, a video would be nice. Thanks for sharing.
