Title: Sega bootleg russian games

I am trying to get these off .bin files so i can put them into a real sega system. can someone get the real file out please.
They are on this website: http://rufiles.narod.ru (http://rufiles.narod.ru) i found it on another post but cant get them off a .bin file

Just rename the file type.
