Do I need to put money in my taobao account before buying stuff? Because when I tried to pay through PayPal it would say the merchant couldn't receive the money. Please help! :'(

Usually they give you options to pay, like with me it's a credit card through either "PayDollar" or "EPCSS".  I only had to use Paypal once recently because it wouldn't let me pay through the other methods...and they sent the invoice to me (did you do that?)

which agent are you using? if it says they can't receive the money they're probably having paypal trouble... I'd try a different one.

@ taizou I was using English taobao (http://www.englishtaobao.com/) but it said the merchant could not receive the money.

Try another one then. I used Yoybuy for my last order, it all seemed to go pretty smoothly.
