Title: Is it possible to run the console called "TV game console" shown in this video?

I'm looking for a rom of the system and a way to run it in MAME. It looks so cute and nostalgic that I want one, but I can't find one, so I figure it'd
be easier to try running it in MAME if possible.

MAME can run it, but it does not emulate the sound. Its SPG293 chip has a dedicated fan emulator called emu293 that might run it with more accuracy.

This video is interesting because it shows a JG742x Lexibook TV Game Console using the shell of the JG7430, which is more modeled after the PlayStation 5 instead of the Wii and has a completely different game compilation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=apOKvHU0cYU&t=270); seems to indicate Lexibook is repackaging older consoles with newer shells.

EDIT: Nevermind, that is indeed the shell of the JG7425. It just happens to share it with the JG7430 and have a different shell from the JG7420 despite being a minor revision.
