Title: Magical Cooking & Gaoranger ROM

MAME recently added support of Magical Cooking and Gaoranger DX Soul Bird (both of which are UM6578-based licensed plug 'n plays from Bandai). I've headered them with NES 2.0.
NintendulatorNRS currently doesn't seems to support the Gaoranger controller.

As a bonus, I've also headered the "Unknown VT02-based 25-in-1" in MAME. The current ROM on FCpics is the exact same unheadered ROM in the MAME archive.
