I was the person who posted that thread there. Unfortunately, no one really cares about that type of stuff at LMW.

I remember sharing pictures/listings for that on the BGC Discord a while ago. It is a UM6578 game and cannot be dumped with standard famicom dumping methods.  There are people here with contacts that can help with that if you wind up acquiring one though. It's worth noting that the Timetop game it is a variant of is also undumped. Most of their UM6578 carts are
