So I was surfing around the interweb when I found this picture of street fighter II on the nES. This is definetily not yoko software's port, so who is it's? and why doess it look like a scan from a magazine? Does anyone own the issue?
Can anyone help? I'm dying here trying to think about it!

it looks *exactly* like Yoko/Hummer's port to me. i'd guess it was maybe from a Russian magazine or somewhere else famicom pirates were common.

Other than the background sign which differs depending on what version you're playing, it's identical pretty much. Should've gone to Specsavers. :P

It might be a 2nd version or a prototype.

There's 3 release by Yoko:
SF2 with YOKO on the background
SF2 with chinese text.
MF2 with chinese text.
~
MF6 which goes back to the 1st design with YOKO.
