An oversight to not have a thread for this.
Good (Bootleg) Housekeeping
A bootleg enthusiast should always keep his bootlegs neat, tidy, and organized. To that end, we shall contribute today, bringing order where once chaos reigned.

Unfortunately, I can't download it. :-[
Can you re-upload these ROMs to another resource, such as the mediafire?

I don't see what the problem would be. But in any case, I have attached the archive to the announcement post, sort-of as a mirror.

OK, thanks.
PS. Unfortunately, the hack of the game "Ling Jie Hu Fa - Shock" turned out to be based on the same bit of ROM that is publicly available.
The lost 3rd level has still not been seen.

I've hacked the 3-in-1 ROM to autoboot Saint Seiya. I'm currently figuring on getting the rest of the two games work in standalone form.
Currently the NESDev Wiki doesn't have any info on this particular mapper, but it seems to write to $B000 when selecting the other two games, which I assume it's switching the outer bank of the ROM.
[EDIT: Attachment removed. Download NewRisingSun's extract instead. ]

Here's the standalone ROM of Jungle Book 2. I've accessed the DKC4 portion by hacking the game, but since this conversion is built for Jungle Book 2 in mind, the DKC4 portion have several graphical problems and I won't post it here for now.

Here are some proper extracts. I also made a version of Saint Seiya for regular consoles, without expansion audio obviously. The other two games already exist in regular console form and so need no such conversion.
