How do you enable this? I've ended up with two of these over the years so it would be a neat thing to try.

Hah, it reminds me of those Power Joy clones where the deepness of a screw (as in, making contact with a piece of metal or not) would change the game list to either one with only Nice Code games to another with licensed games. It was just a way to prevent the customs seizing the consoles and distributors had instructions on how how to show the interesting game list again.
