Hello, I am not allowed to talk about Pirated content on MLPForums, can I ask. Do Swap Magic Discs from the US Work in the UK?

No, you will need a Swap Magic version specific to that territory. The territory lockout on a US Swap Magic disc is the same as any other US NTSC PS2 game.
