It's actually very low-quality, with the player sprites being the only things altered, and they're poorly made. P2's Tubby actually looks more well suited with the sprite than P1's, but even with that it's still crud.

The only GameBoy cartridge by Y2K, that I know of, is the Magic Color Card II.
