No chance. Napoleon Senki's board has 4-screen mirroring, but no MMC3 ASIC, which Rocman X needs.

I know nothing about ready-made custom flash boards. Ask on the nesdev reproduction forum.

That's correct. The problem is that only a single game came on a TR1ROM board: the licensed version of Gauntlet from Tengen, and even that came in DRROM and TR1ROM variants. The DRROM variant is not usable for Rocman X because of ROM size restrictions; only the TR1ROM variant can be used. Rad Racer II is another game that uses 4-screen mirroring, but its TVROM board cannot be used for Rocman X either, again because of ROM size restrictions.

Therefore, Rocman X (and Jurassic Boy 2, which is similar) maybe among the most difficult games to put on a donor board.

This is not something that needs to be "fixed" on a ROM level. The ROM is correct as it is. It has special board hardware requirements: it must have board hardware that adds the memory for four nametables. This corresponds to the NES-TVROM and NES-TR1ROM circuit boards. It will not run on a standard MMC3 board. Whether this game was made before emulators is irrelevant, as four-screen mirroring was not invented by emulators.

Download a new emulator build to see your file working.

To run it in other emulators such as Mesen, open the file with a NES 2.0 Header Editor (such as pressing F10 in NintendulatorNRS) and change the mapper number from "411" to "45".

The ROM runs when you change the mapper number to 45. It seems to have dumped properly, and the rest remains to be only an issue of emulating mapper 411.

Try this, then.

The menu has mapper register writes for both mappers 45 and 411. It is likely one of those two. What dumper hardware do you have?

The Community / Inlining attached images?

Is it possible to inline attached images?

Edit: apparently, I can hot-link the attachment URL as a cheap hack to display the image in-line by editing the post. That will display both the image itself and the thumbnail for the attachment.

NintendulatorNRS will if you add the PRG-ROM CRC32 to the dip.cfg file in the emulator's directory.

Ok thanks do you have a link or pic's of Sangokushi II: Haou no Tairiku pcb board or mapper? So i know what the legit board is supposed to look like. I dont know all the good sites.
Here. All pics come from NesCartDB, which you seem to have found yourself already? Youkai Douchuuki needs to be added WRAM at $6000-$7FFF in addition to the battery, which I assume to be a difficult modification.

You have the wrong Sangokushi game. There are four licensed Sangokushi games on the Famicom:

Sangokushi (no subtitle) from Koei ->SOROM:

Sangokushi II (no subtitle) from Koei ->EWROM

Sangokushi: Chuugen no Hasha from Namco ->N163:

Sangokushi II: Haou no Tairiku from Namco ->N163:

Neither SOROM nor EWROM cannot be used for N163 expansion audio. Only the last two cartridges are suitable, and of course only in their original non-bootleg versions. Also, be aware that Namco usually uses chip-on-board (i.e. black glob) ROMs.

I don't understand what you are asking. Just download a current build of NintendulatorNRS and try to run your ROM file with it. You don't have to write your own emulator.
