, but it's identical otherwise.
So this version is practically unbeatable?

What he means is the DX3 hack had all stages finished(cleared) as soon as you start the game, meaning you couldn't fight the bosses at the end of levels and also had access to the last level since all stages were done for you already.
That means the ending is gettable in under 15 minutes. :P But I think this is a beta.
Nah, of course it isn't a beta. It's just a generic hack of Zook Hero 2.
It kinda feels like a beta, or at least a pre-release/first revision of sorts. I know of at least two other V.Fame games (Soul Falchion and Digimon Pocket, both from the multicart) that use older resources/music. In fact, Soul Falchion uses mismatching palettes for their characters, possibly because they didn't change it from Super Fighter Alpha. Meanwhile, the single cart releases in Taiwan have the new stuff in it.
SotaTheGreatX of YouTube told me of this in 2009, so this isn't really new to be honest. Though, I like this version more than the one we all know, not just with the stages cleared already but it doesn't have any bugs in it like the other one. Could be wrong, as it was years since I last played it.
(yep, bumping another thread so I hope this post is alright. I wanted my say on it anyway)
Also to anyone wondering skyleague also has the same rom as well. I am also aware despite the difference the rom he dumped has a bug with glitchy projectiles or obstacles you can get hurt by. However while the other rom does not have this bug. The save function does not work and all bosses are done for you already. You do not hear the zook Z music in the other rom unless you use bgb instead.
