Hello! I'm new to this forum and i love bootleg video games (of course) and so, I would like to help out with whatever I can that is missing on the bootleg games wiki. If there are any missing games that need to have pages made or anything like that, I'm willing to help :)

Firstly, welcome to the forum. :) I suppose if you own any pirates yourself or want to go in-depth into any obscure ones not covered on the Wiki, then you can write up articles on them.
-
welcome! good to have you on board :D
as far as missing games go, here's (http://bootleggames.wikia.com/wiki/Special:WantedPages) a list of every nonexistent page linked from somewhere on the wiki, which should give you some idea. You could also check out the game lists on developer & publisher pages and see if any are either red linked or non-linked.
edit: and yes of course, as Cheetahmen said if you personally own any we haven't covered and you want to add them, that'd be great.

What about roms? I have roms of some games that aren't covered.
-
Yeah absolutely - most of our articles are based on roms, I'm not saying you need to own the original to write about a game. we'd only have, like, ten pages if that were the case. :D

Haha ok :) Glad to help!

That reminds me, I need to write an article about The General's Son (Famicom version) at some point.

I would also like to contribute but have never used wiki/wikia before. I also would like to add photos.
Are game hacks like Super Bros 8, Super Mario World 9, Darkwing Duck 2, Chip & Dale 3, etc... going to receive individual pages? how about Shenzhen Nanjing Titles? Whirlwind Manu ports of FDS titles to cart (or at least a single page covering these releases)?? I think that they all should, It would be awesome if the bootleg games wiki was incredibly in depth with every aspect of bootleg/pirate gaming. :D

Yeah, hacks and Nanjing stuff are fair game for articles as far as I'm concerned, as long as someone has something to write about them.
FDS ports probably should go into a single page though, there isn't much you can say about any individual port (except maybe all the variations of Super Mario Bros. 2)
