I remember seeing a weird "Rayman IV" bootleg advertised on some Russian sites a while back, and had always wondered what it was.
Well, we have an answer. Two videos' worth, in fact:

Looks like it's by... whoever developed that Crash Bandicoot game that 64scener has. As well as that Digimon Adventure bootleg that still hasn't been found.
It's even got the same music as the Crash game. Like, exactly. The same exact tunes.
This also gives me more suspicion that this is the work of Sintax rather than Vast Fame. They're the only Chinese company I know of to have released games in German.

oh wow, so this *is* an original. i mentioned it in this thread (http://s4.zetaboards.com/PGC_Forums?topic=8143608/1/#new) a while back. i bet Sintax released a few more games on the same engine if they made these two, they just wouldnt be Sintax if they didnt rehash the same thing 20 times over.

2nd level is stolen from Speedy Gonzales on SNES. First level looks familiar but I can't put my finger on it...
I wonder if this was a Germany only release? Looks that way.

Soul Falchion music, lol

Never expected Sintax to make a German release. (the German on the title screen doesn't seem broken)

Gotta love the stolen Pokémon sound effects and re-used music. Also, I could be wrong but isn't the English translation of the title "Rayman: The Sunshine and the Rain"?
Edit: Oh, and for anyone who hasn't noticed the stage graphics for level 2 are stolen from Speedy Gonzales: Los Gatos Bandidos for the SNES. (Which of course, was subject to that Sonic the Hedgehog hack)

Nah, it translates to "Rayman: The Sunshine on the Trip"
EDIT: Oh wait, they misspelled "sonnenschein" as "sonneschein"

Codeman38 I think these sintax games should be dumped. I have a feeling it is a mixed situation if we get the last game from their list called super robot wars taisen. I have a feeling vast fame's super robot wars taisen is really skob's super robot wars final series. But based on vol 2 only.
