I bought this cart, among others, when I was living in Brazil.  BIC seems the obvious link, and I did see many other BIC carts while I was down there...  I vaguely remember Portuguese localizations of Battletoads and Kid Dracula, but I may be mistaken...  Not certain the correlation between VIC and BIC...

Couldn't find an appropriate place to put this thing...  Dumped it with a CopyNES probably 10 years ago (or more).  Should be good.
