Definitely looks like a VFame translation anyway. I think they did them in-house, rather than New Game handling them, though - their GBA translations are basically the same, and I don't think New Game had anything to do with those releases.
I just assumed it was New Game because I swore I saw that same kind of translation and font in some Sintax games like Pokemon Carbuncle and Yellow Jade and such.  Maybe I'm just remembering them wrong.

well V.Fame and Sintax both used fonts from PC Paint, you can even see them in their Chinese games in places.

The translations in Sintax's games aren't perfect, but they at least read to me like the writer had a vague grasp of English grammar (in both New Game releases and their own) - VF's seem very much more like they were translated word-for-word from Chinese.

Got more stuff, but these are the only real noteworthy games.  Both are V.Fame multis; the left one's a 6-in-1 and the right one is the Gold Version 12-in-1 that's a counterpart to the Silver Version multi they released.  The games on the 6-in-1:
1. Suiko Monster (Shui Hu Shen Shou)
2. Devil Land (Emo Dao)
3. Crazy Monopoly
4. Apotheosis (Xin Feng Shen Bang)
5. Zook 2 (Zook Hero 2)
6. Sword Fighter (Soul Falchion)

And on the 12-in-1:
1. Suiko Monster (Shui Hu Shen Shou)
2. Crazy Monopoly2 (Crazy Richman 2)
3. Sanctity Monster (Sheng Shou Wu Yu)
4. Sword Fighter (Soul Falchion)
5. Zook (Zook Hero Z)
6. West Story
7. Zook2 (Zook Hero 2)
8. Devil Land (Emo Dao)
9. Rainbow Prince
10. Fire Dragon
11. Yehrude Prince (Prince Yeh Rude)
12. Magic Ball

A multi with Zook Hero Z AND 2?! OBVIOUSLY THE BEST MULTI EVER. :D (uhm, in my opinion. :P )
Also, I hope you can get some Crazy Monopoly footage now. :)

I got a couple of things yesterday:

Air Penguin

This is a Master System/Game Gear clone. Oddly, it states "88 in 3" on the box; the unit contains 21 games so I'd assume the other 67 are on other units or something. Disappointingly, it runs on (Tw)AtGames hardware although it is at least tolerable for this unit. The features are very minimal as well; there's no AV out so recording this thing would be a pain to do and the unit itself feels quite cheap, although not as bad as some others.

The games themselves seem to be quite random, almost like they were picked out of a hat or something. It has good games like Sonic & Tails and Tempo Jr. while at the same time having garbage like Strider Returns when they could have used the original game instead.

Spoiler: click to toggle

Also, I'm not entirely sure if it counts as a bootleg but I got a CD with a load of ZX Spectrum games and emulators as well.

that Air Penguin is really weird. like...how does that exist. Its named after and uses stolen artwork from a mobile game, it has a Bao Bao Long model number, the menu says AtGames but it contains games that AtGames would never in a million years have obtained the rights to, so what the hell. AtGames licensed chipset + BaoBaoLong ROM selection/everything else = this I guess? I can't imagine Sega would be too pleased.

However, as far as Wayback Machine points out, this site previously belonged to Oxygen Interactive.

Final Fantasy DX3 (9)
Lord of The Rings 3
I'd like to see footage of these two. Also I think that FFDX3 cart is more dumpable than the original one.
