There's no ROM dump as of yet, Taizou hasn't even tried to dump it. The same thing happened with Final Fantaxy IX. Those games are a pain to get dumped successfully.

yeah hitek games have some protection/weird mapper that i havent figured out, i have some strategy game by them that ive never been able to dump properly.

Does the cart have a gloptop or a ROM chip?

Oh and also taizou do you know if hitek has other games undumped as well?

The cart has a globtop because hitek never really cared about their stuff. To use a actual rom chip. So basically it is undumped for the reason the graphics need to be scrambled and the text needs to be retained.
