Okay, So i'm looking for a GBA Emulator that'll run those PocketNES games smoothly; Any ideas?

mGBA could probably do it. It runs Goomba ROMs just fine, which is running gbc games in a pocketnes like format. You may need to play around with the emulator settings as well as the settings in the pocketnes menu (the one that opens when you press l and r together).
