Title: Gouder versus Ge De

Maybe I'm being Captain Obvious here, but is Gouder Ltd. (of  Street Fighter IV (http://bootleggames.wikia.com/wiki/Street_Fighter_IV) fame) just the anglicized name of Ge De Industry (http://bootleggames.wikia.com/wiki/SuperTone_Electronics) (哥德有限公同), or are they supposed to be separate companies?

They are the same. Gouder is the english name they came up back at the time. Ge De is the romanization from their chinese name. As for Supertone, they were owned by the same family and it seems they were the main operations for gaming back then.
