Anyone else think it may be easier to find the text and title once it's in ROM format?

SMWHacker is really excited, he'll have fun hacking it completly when it's dumped! Expect him to find title screen and cutscenes in less than 5 minutes.

Now how long is it gonna be before someone hacks up a full version of Titenic?

I kinda also want to see standalone roms of War, The Hummer, Pink Jelly, and The Duck/Egg

As soon as I see SMWHacker, I'll discuss about this with him. He may give a try to recreate a full version...

For the time being, here's seperate ROM dumps of The Legend and The Hummer. ;)

Although it's definitely "Engrishy", and uses a few words that no normal English speaker would use ("scarified"?), I'm actually pleasantly surprised in the quality of the translation of Titenic's storyline; I was expecting much worse, given that the other game based on this engine just used an OCR'd copy of Philosopher's Stone. Who knew that Hummer Team's English would be somewhat better than Sintax's, and light-years better than VFame's?

I don't understand what was up with the quality of these translations. Yuu Yuu Hakusho Final had an almost immaculate translation, but the ones for Final Fight 3 and Harry's Legend are (presumably) just copied from the original source material. (Well, they might have had to translate a Chinese copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone but I don't know about that) I'm guessing whoever did the translation for YYHF left Hummer Team before they made Titenic.

It's not possible to make a complete Titenic. Title screen, player select and cutscenes programming was removed or it was not implemented yet.

Source: SmwHacker88
I'd assume the former, because it seems unlikely that they'd include an unfinished game on there. I think the only way to get this dumped properly is to find that multicart with the full game on it.

The title screen can be accesed as well with the cutscene, but it needs advanced RAM hacking (SmwHacker just discovered it).
Gonna upload a video with all video sample I got from SMWHacker88

Just wondering, Is it possible to hack the ROM so that it always displays the 15in1? it's really annoying having to reset over and over and over just to find it.

All of the different menus use different PRG banks, which goes to show that whoever compiled it didn't care about saving space.

Source: SmwHacker88
While I have no idea about the Player Select (Might not have even actually been in the full game) aren't the cutscene and title screen code in Harry's Legend?
