Whirlwind is a hack of Warpman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOGzGN6Is4M), It has been found only on the Power Joy PJ-001 mutilcart.

How to dump this.

Open up PIKACHU Y2K in yy-chr.
remove all the titlescreen banks.
Done.
