Saw him here:

And here (but with another label "130 in 1", this guy dumped it but doesn't give any ROM file):

On Cah4e3's page there NO information about this card, but there you can fin same ROM 168 in 1 (similar music and mapper).
If anybody have this ROM please write here or email me.
