Title: Found MD pirate. Help identify it.

Im not big MD knowledge and im very limited on the amount of games i know.

But today i bought a lot of 4 genesis games and one of them was a pirate.

No english title only chinese/taiwanese symbols.

Made me think it might be an original pirate?

For a second there I thought it was the pirated Halo.
