Ok so after searching around a bit, I noticed Titenic's/Harry's Legend's music isn't exactly original and actually did come from the movie's soundtrack. The only thing is that the NES versions are faster then the original and slightly different.
Level 3/Select Screen of Harry's Legend and Track 4 of MK4's NSF is Rose's Theme:

Well, the first one is definitely it but now to think of it, I'm not too sure on the second one. It sounds somewhat similar but I dunno, it could probably be a Jimmy Hart version of it. (An edited version)[/quote]I made a video comparing bits of one tune to the other, and I set the NES to pal settings, to slow it down a bit and (most likely) put it in the key the makers intended it to be heard in - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R94DBNvXphc (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R94DBNvXphc)
Even so, I still dont hear the connection :( I want to believe this but Im still hearing nothing.. the MK4 (or originally, titenic) song is sad-ish, sure, but it starts off with this descending bassline (that is basically the entire version in titenic and Harry Legend) that I dont hear anywhere in Roses theme.. the bass notes move around a bit, but they dont really go down in the same pattern. It just doesnt sound quite as sad, or to me, like its even based off of the same thing. In fact, I think the titenic/Mk4 one sounds reallllllly oriental when compared to Roses theme :P
Another thing im looking for is the "Near, far, wherever you are" piano bit and I hear no trace of that in the NES verisons either.. Which kinda sucks. But Im keeping an open mind to this thing.
