http://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/Clock_rate (http://wiki.nesdev.com/w/index.php/Clock_rate)

The main difference is the FPS (vertical scan rate in the table). NTSC consoles aims at 60 FPS. PAL - 50. When Nintendo launches NES in Europe they change CPU, PPU clock rate to manage necessary 50 fps for PAL TV's. So if you put cartridge with NTSC game into PAL console - game will run at ~20% slower. But slowdown not only one problem. Some games has mappers (chips inside cartridges) that can work properly only on specific hardware. If you change CPU / PPU clock rate those games can crash or shown graphical glitches.  Another problem that some sound channels have different pitch on PAL NES. Thus, to release their game in Europe - the developers had to optimize it for the European NES.
But when the Chinese or Taiwanese pirates developed their consoles, they did not clone the European NES. They made their consoles so that they can run NTSC games without graphic glitches, with the right sound pitch and at 50 fps.

I tried to explain as clearly as possible. Bad English

Hmmmm, So Dynavision is PAL? Because I Played Before, and compared the difference of the emulator and the console, but they looks like slower, So.
All this Time, I was thinking that it was NTSC, But It's not?  O.o
NTSC = NORMAL.
PAL = LITTLE SLOWER.

Like Nationality, Like in this map.

NTSC = NORMAL.
PAL = LITTLE SLOWER.
[/quote]It depends not only on the console, but also on the game.

US or JP game in NTSC console = NORMAL speed
US or JP game in PAL Famiclone console = SLOWER speed, but without crashes and with proper sound pitch
US or JP game in European PAL NES = SLOWER speed with "bad" sound pitch and possible crashes / graphical issues

Properly Optimized European game in European PAL NES = NORMAL speed
Properly Optimized European game in NTSC console = FASTER speed with "bad" sound pitch and possible crashes / graphical issues
Properly Optimized European game in PAL Famiclone console = NORMAL speed with "bad" sound pitch and possible crashes / graphical issues

And so when the Chinese developed their pirate games - i think they aiming at their PAL Famiclones. But when you run pirated games on an emulator, it works as at NTSC console. Therefore, for example, when you hear the music on the emulator - you hear it differently than it was planning by pirates.

But FCEUX supports a lot of pirate Games, it's great for recording video, it have a lot of useful tools. It's definitely most handy emulator. It's great that FCEUX finally supports PAL Famiclone Mode.

oh nah, no sarcasm intended, I was referring to FCEUX in particular - it's my own favoured NES emulator so it's genuinely nice to see it supporting this feature.
