I had fun messing with Aladdin:

Mickey Mania/China Rabbit Baby:

Moonwalk (+ ability to go through walls)
0338 03 or 04 (left or right)

Must say, that Sonic Aladdin cheatcode turns the entire game into something a player would experience on the SEGA Game Gear version :P
