It looks like a typical bootleg of Pokemon Green to me.  There's a small margin that I'm actually wrong and it is a Makon game, but I'm certain it's just the official game.

Yeah I'm not sure honestly. I've seen Pokemon Crystal: Special Pikachu Edition too but I have no idea what it really is. I have a multi with the same artwork on the label and it just has Vietnamese Crystal, but that doesn't mean the single cart is the same... or maybe it is,  maybe Makon's publisher released other stuff too.

That cart came from the dump no doubt as well. The game never came up anywhere practically, now you can do a ML search and find several in SFC carts.

Besides the unlicensed titles, you'll also come across fan-translations and the occasional commercial bootleg (Dracula X).

found this earlier today - one of the games is the English version of Sintax's Metal Gear 2. Turns out the reason I couldn't find it before was because they'd called it "Matel Gear 2". Of course. They also have Metal Slug 2nd Mission which I think is the English version of BBD's Metal Slug 2001.
