It's a clone, I've got one. It's pretty excellent really, the screen is backlit and it doesn't seem to have any compatibility problems.

anyway Nintendo has been pretty cool with Europe lately. we've had quite a few awesome Euro exclusives that were never released in the US at all (Inazuma Eleven 1 & 2, Pandora's Tower, Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, Doshin the Giant, Kuru Kuru Kururin just off the top of my head) and a few games even get new/revised British English localisations now. Xenoblade and The Last Story were localised by NOE and only got a US release in the end because there was so much demand for them.

I don't think the second one is a clone - there's a pic of the PCB with a Nintendo logo on it, it's probably a refurbished original GBC with an aftermarket case.

A lot of those games (mainly the SNT/Waixing ones) are pretty common. Also, I noticed that the Shui Hu Shen Shou listing shows the Waixing box...But a SNT cartridge. What?

Happens quite a lot - I bought a boxed copy of the supposed original print of Harry Potter 3 and it came with a pirate copy of one of the licensed Harry Potter games inside instead.
