I was watching some of Dr. Ashen's Popstation reviews and noticed that several of them had ZC in their IDs. Googling "ZC-2032" (the ID of the Game & Radio (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9FFuHQtIiE)) brpught me to this Tradeee page (http://caltime.e.tradeee.com/product_view/200590332/ZC-2032%20Game.html), which mentions Dongguan Caltime Electronics Co., Ltd. Googling Caltime's name brought me to their official site (http://www.caltime.com.tw/content/index.php) which does sell some LCD games, but disappointingly no Popstations. I went back to their tradeee page (http://caltime.e.tradeee.com), clicked on the product list, browsed around, and I found info on lots of Popstations they made, confirming them as one of many Popstation manufacturers.
EDIT: I think I found the manufacturers of Retieval Mankind's Batman and PSP Onling. Googling their respecive IDs (XY-930 and AX-688) led me to ToysBaba (http://toysbaba.com/ProductShow-51-251-428934.htm) and EC21 (http://axgame2006.en.ec21.com/AX_688_Angery_Birds_Game--6198446_6198543.html) listings for each game. RMB is made by Jiangyun Toys (http://jiangyun.toysbaba.com/Index.Htm) and PSP Onling is made by HK Aixin Electronics Co., Ltd. (http://axgame2006.en.ec21.com)

yeah there are a few - its not an area I've ever been all that interested in but I have come across them from a couple of companies I've been investigating for other things. Trump Grand I think once listed some on their now-closed Alibaba page (one even using the Pop Station name). Timetop definitely has made them in the past (sometimes under the name "Gao Ming" or GM-something IDs) and possibly still does; they seem to have some involvement with the PCP Station line as well, since theres that "LTPS Handy Game" one using Game King hardware.

they also use the ZC ID & it's even in their URL, so maybe this one is the original? (their about page (http://www.zcd.com.cn/en/company.asp) also uses the name ZhengChang which I guess is what ZC stands for)
