OH I just remembered that I have one of those mini arcade machines; the one I've got has 240 games and most of them are Cube Tech VT03 hacks with some Nice Code games and odd original soccer-oriented games thrown in. The problem is I can't record/stream footage of them decently due to the tiny screen and lack of video-out.
It's something newer than VT03 - I forget what its called but it was discussed in another forum here somewhere. As such no dumps have surfaced, as the consoles are far too advanced to be easily emulated. They chose REALLY weird games to hack - one of them is a hack of this, for example.

Also worth mentioning in the US they "censored" the 240-in-1, removing ten games that iirc were all Mario-related in some way (so Mario Bros., Donkey Kongs, Wrecking Crew and whatnot). Dreamgear also released a variant of it, which to this day can be found in every department store in America; their version removed practically everything, mostly just leaving generic games and a bunch of shooting game hacks (and that cursed "bingo" thing again)

Not gonna bother quoting here because of the sheer amount of posts, just gonna answer some random stuff:

* While I don't have one of the "sport" consoles, I have some weird 32 (?) bit system from the same game manufacturers, which feature NES hacks/originals running at double resolution. (video of a similar, but not identical, console is here) I also have a handful of mini arcade machines with the 32-bit games on them, which also includes a handful of the 8-bit ones from the website

* Any thoughts on what else the "boxing" one might contain? The Burgertime, Adventure Island, and Ninja-kun hacks intrigue me, but they're not on the tennis system.

* Has anyone dealt with dumps before? As in sending them to a dumper? I desparately need to get rid of some of my garbage (I have an entire thing of plug 'n plays about the length of a restaurant booth chair - and that's not including handhelds!), but I've never bothered as I can't find records of how to send them, how much they typically cost, etc.

just found this weird website by complete accident. http://www35.tok2.com/home/ymktvgame/picen.htm

Downloads no longer work, even with the Wayback machine, but maybe these ROMs are still out there somewhere? (I know the downloads are for "videos" but I'm blaming that on bad translation since it also lists the ROM size)

Yeah Jungletac (KUMM) does a lot of clones (One of these days I'll make these folder names actually intelligible...) They're very close to the original Famicom games but they aren't based on the original code. Notice also that Lonely Island is a near-perfect clone of "Hirake Ponkikki", and Push the Ball is "Shufflepuck Cafe".

As for the Track & Field games, I can't find concrete proof whether they're hacks or clones; I thought they were hacks, but looking at all the random, non-T&F games running on the same engine, I'm starting to think they are the latter...

Also forgot to comment on the 210-in-1. Weird to see a VT03 Inventor game (Luck Ball). There must be others out there somewhere, I doubt they'd just end up making one.

How do you enable this? I've ended up with two of these over the years so it would be a neat thing to try.

Famicom/NES / Original version of Wonder Rabbit et al.

Is there verification that Nice Code/Power Joy/whoever you want to call them made Wonder Rabbit originally? Is it possible the Pikachu version was a Dragon Co game? It doesn't really match their game designing style that closely, much more in line with Dragon's...

The original version of Wonder Rabbit is actually a Pokemon game. I have no idea what it's called, nor have I ever seen it, but if you look in the graphics of every WR variation you can find this:
https://ibb.co/cQwuvx
A Pikachu, four seemingly generic monster characters, and two climbing graphics (unused as only the green rabbit can climb normally). I think "Monster Brother" is effectively the Pokemon version sans Pokemon, as the four generic monsters appear in that game. Also, do you have a ROM image for Gardman? Never heard of that one before.

Al the ones I've seen are 16/32 bit. There might be one or two 8 bit games but I've never seen any.

2000-present / Super Luigi Bros?

That game doesn't run on actual NES hardware; NES Remix is on Wii U for a reason. idk if there are any ROMs in there, but either way the unique ones (like where they put Toad in Kirby or whatever) definitely aren't. Also you're kind of in the wrong place for this - I doubt anyone on this forum would know, since its not a bootleg.

Hello, I've been looking through these roms and I've been wondering where several of the Inventor hacks originate from as I've never seen them anywhere else. Specifically, games like Calcu Chaos, the Lyko hacks and some cat/Kirby themed ones like Puffy's Paradise.
Calcu Chaos came from one of those educational computer things iirc. The other ones you mentioned came from a crazily encrypted, unemulatable 32-in-1 cart. I'm starting to think those ones aren't made by Inventor, since they're so uncommon, but I have no idea who else they'd be from.

I know JungleTac made a Scramble ripoff themselves but theirs looks different to the Gamezone II version. Not sure if it happens to be two companies that happened to port the same game or if the latter is an early version of the game.
Jungletac's version is different, and was licensed by Konami for a 6-in-1 Famiclone. They also released their own version of Frogger (which is dumped).

Old thread, but was Tiny Toon 6 broken on cartridge or is it a messed up ROM?

Here is today's multicart extract. I don't know if the FC Mobile 600 has any interesting hacks or Nice Code Software versions in it, but here you go.
There are around 15 previously undumped NC ones in there (along with a few "goof" games). Couple notes below:
* "Block Puzzle" appears to be made by the same company who made BugTris.
* Version of Chinese Chess on here is an Inventor (?) hack with animal graphics over the middle-aged bald men, which I'd argue is a huge improvement.
* Despite all the crazy mappers this thing supports, Dr. Mario and Hello Kitty are converted into mapper 4 (probably some others are too, I only checked a handful).
As always, thanks for the rips.
