I have found another yet but somari cart.... but it has a wierd catch to with a ball going up a loop (somari's spindash ball) titled SUPER MARIO SONIC 3.

I think if it is patched it would work because Super Mario 3 Special had same programmer and cartridge type and it was patched and working so there may be a patch for the cartridge type where a battery is needed.

It's not dumped yet, it's a sidescroller with 5 levels. It's from Sintax, which automatically makes it shit But it's still a curiosity. There are pirated carts for even licenced games such as Sonic 1, 2, 3, and knucckles. you can find them at sonicology also sonic and knuckles pirates lack the lock on due to lazyness probably or only technology SEGA can handle.
