1993-1999 / Help to identify cartridge manufacturer

I have found sometimes multicarts with this logo on sticker. This multicarts were very popular in Russia in mid 90's.
Anybody know something about company that produce that multicarts?

(Pics are form Google. But I have one of them at 90's).
