I think anything credited to "TPT" (and a bunch of the other hacks on that blog for that matter) is just a hack this guy made. I've never seen them outside of his videos.

yeah those are, but not all of them - it seems like he's mixed his own hacks in with actual pirates. eg "Mari Land 19", "Mario Party" (how could a Mario Party pirate cash-in have been made in 1993?) "Ninja Gaiden 4" "Jackie Chan 2" all look fake as hell.
