It's a multicarts with ALOTS of games on it! Some inventor Hacks like Shoot helicopters, Is a hack of duck hunt that you shoot on helicopters with changed music!
Now i tell for you, Looking to this game titles, looks like a bunch of INVENTOR hacks?!

Obstacle Race can be found on one of AwesomePanda's consoles I think. It's just a title hack of Zippy Race.

dunno much about disk hacks, but i vaguely recall seeing something like the Mario Akumajou Dracula hack on Famicom World maybe? Fast Mario I've never seen on disk but I know there are some carts with a fast version on. Sometimes it's just the PAL version though.

dunno about these, although i have seen a ninja-based hack of super mario bros which afaik was a fan-made hack that found its way onto pirate carts.

Clonk and Make Well, as well as a few more on your lists are present on the VsMaxx Maxxplay system. As for Pokemon Nuts & Milk, I dumped that months ago.

Although I do not have a SMB hack called Toy Story, I have a Bomberman hack named Toy Story.
