Title: PSP Pirate?

Hey everyone I was wondering if this is a pirated PSP game. It says PSP software right in the description but you can never be sure with a place like taobao. My brother wants to get a PSP so I would like to know if it is a PSP game. you can see what looks like a standard CDR poking out. Probably just a disc of ROMs.

Given the staggeringly low price as well as the claim that it plays games from so many other systems, combined with the place it's being sold from, it's almost certainly fake.
