Vanguard reminds me of the Cyber Arcade Center. Also, the Game Over screen of Battle Plan... "THE END"?! WTF did they even put that? :|

BTW, Sky Dreamer looks like an improved-graphics version of Sky Zone from the Games Xplosion.
