I have a Rockman-based Sineca handheld for sale, CIB, and used to own a Bubble Bobble one.  Saw a few other Sineca handhelds, maybe a Gundam one, maybe something else, can't remember for sure  100%.  Definitely seems unlicensed to me, at least some of the titles.
The Rockman one you have, is it a brick game like RobGBA was talking about?
No, it is an LCD game much like the ones Tiger had made in the early 1990s, only much larger in size.  That is how the Bubble Bobble one was as well.  Different game, not just Tetris knock-offs.

The Sineca games posted in those links look to be newer models.  The old models, like the ones I had, came in fat cardboard boxes.

The modern Sineca stuff is all brick games / Tetris clones, from what I have seen.  The old Sineca stuff were LCD games, although not tetris or brick of any kind.  Actual LCD games roughly based off of the series from which they were stolen.

They're more like poor man's Game & Watches which often come with multiple games you can switch between by manually replacing the screen. (A method that frequently doesn't work if Ashens' videos are any indication) Most of them come with a godawful Street Fighter clone and a football/soccer game as well.

The older Sineca stuff would be like the Game and Watches, old Tiger handhelds from the 90s, etc.  One game per pack, can't change teh screen, loosely based off of popular franchises.

Okay I am super pissed off at eBay. I put my max bid at £9.00 at 10 seconds, it confirmed and all! Then, as it went to 0 seconds, it refreshed. It ended at £7.51 which was the amount it was before I bidded!

Basically, I should've won it, but eBay screwed up. :(

Nah, that's a Yong Yong game.  I even showed a video of it.
That little-known Chikorita platformer by SKOB.  A video of the game can be seen here.

Bit of a rip off there. That guy doesn't know how much the Famicom games are worth. :\

Weird shaped NES cart http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nintendo-NES-Game-Codemasters-Super-Sports-Challenge-4-in-1-Cartridge-/251211108326?pt=UK_PC_Video_Games_Video_Games_JS&hash=item3a7d594fe6
Oh, it's one of those Game Genie carts by Codemasters. :D
Not too hard to find, when you know what you're looking for. :)

(They're my favorite 'licensed' game company (and they were licensed for some stuff). ^_^ )
The cart works by putting a normal NES game on top of it, BTW.
