Is there any info or roms for the following variations of this game?

*Pet Jade/Pocket Elves IV
*Pocket Diamond/Pocket Elves 2

Judging by the title they probably were trying to pass off Telefang as a Pokemon game (notice the Pocket) but failed to translate it back into english the same way as those bootleg gbc Pokemon translations (using ELF for Monsters).
