Post by: kelvin donna on January 21, 2018, 09:35:28 AM
Hello friends, i found a video on the nes arcade ports of:

Scramble
Missile Command
Asteroids
Frogger
Moon Cresta

these were found on the Gamezone II, and i wonder if the multicart rom exists, also
here is a video of all these games (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZxxSTOK45uQ)

The funny thing about those games is that they were originally made for a bootleg arcade machine called Arcade Mania. The cabinets were sold for a standard $1000 too, which would probably make them the most overpriced Famiclones in existence. Whether they're dumped I have no idea, but I doubt they are.

I know JungleTac made a Scramble ripoff themselves but theirs looks different to the Gamezone II version. Not sure if it happens to be two companies that happened to port the same game or if the latter is an early version of the game.

They also released their own version of Frogger (which is dumped).

Certainly not a big deal. I wonder if someone does even HAVE the machine to begin with? Well, umm, sorry for off-topic, but i remember Windows XP NES being sold in eBay. We could've dumped that sucker, if only we had the thing.

hmmm, i think i will stop this behavior  :-\
inconclusion, you'd just be better off emulating those 5 games on MAME on the PAP K3 Plus or on Konami Collector's Series: Arcade Advanced, Atari Anniversary Advance on GBA and on Nichibutsu Arcade Classics on SNES
topic is locked  :-X
