That music is rather interesting, given that it's by NTDEC but it doesn't appear to be used in any of their games. Sounds like the engine that was used for Fighting Hero, which came out in the same year. Also, why is Arnold Schwarzenegger on the menu? XD

FamicomFreak:
There are a lot of mysteries on this cart! AWA! Anyways, thanks for the link hmm I wonder if there is a rom somewhere of if he is willing to dump it.

rommaster1991:
I think to support all of those games the cart might have a larger (in terms of physical and the memory size) CHR ROM (Correct me if I am wrong) I have an example that some CHR ROM's can be larger than normal ones in multicarts. There was a 300-in-1 at Famicom world which had a larger CHR ROM to support the game. I'm not sure if there is such equipment for dumping CHR ROM's of that size.
(Correct me if I am wrong, I'm new to studying CHR ROM's and Mappers, OneBus carts/consoles, etc. :P)

It's a 245-in-1...

To help out, here is the quote on the 245-in-1
"Yes, unfortunately the price is marked at a premium since there is limited supply and because the cartridges are slightly more expensive since they contain larger ROMs than usual in order to get 245 games on 1 cartridge."

Can't be sure if the 250-in-1 can be dumped at the moment.
