You could just play the MSX original, the MD conversion is a bootleg anyways.

yeah, its a homebrew, doesnt seem to be much to it..I dunno whether that cartridge on mercadolivre contains this "game" or not, there is also a "Metal Gear Solid" game by Glorysun which is just a title hack of something else.
