All sega/megadrive pirates and hacks will be coming to USA soon or mybe some of them idk yet www.facebook.com/Slowcheetah97
These all rom hacks made by normal people now people who make the carts can be anybody even reproduction companys
Now pirated games are diff from rom hacks idk you take rom and edited it and change the name now got whole new game like monsters inc lol i dont think anybody in russia knows of the game Decap Attack
