Mine has a sticker. If I can find where I put it I'll post a picture of it. That bit of yellow on the top left of the cart suggests it might have been the same label.

As long as it's not just Pocket Monster running on PocketNES, it's better than the GBA pirate I've got. 
Edit: Bugger, I just realised that I got that back in August (sometime around then) from a pawn shop. I don't remember where I put the cart but I think it says Pokemon Gold Version on it.

Oh, I've seen that cover art before and I remember seeing it used on a SNES cart. I don't think I've seen a Famicom pirate that claims to be a SNES game.

I don't think anyone else has a database (or anything like that) of Mega Drive pirates. I own at least a dozen pirated carts and a couple of them came in a case; some are pirates of legit games, some are originals and some are pirate multicarts. I could take pictures of those if you want, but they'll be in pretty poor quality as I'd have to use my phone. (I have a camera but it's out of battery and I've lost the charger for it)
Also, this is the same cart as one I own, except mine comes in a western cart shell and replaces Sonic & Knuckles with Sonic 2.
Also, aren't you the guy who used to run TORP? I remember finding out about a fair few bootleg games from that site back around 2008.

wish these got dumped . those websites wont let me order them where I live[/quote]I'm pretty sure most of those games just pirated versions of legit games for the PS1/PS2/whatever. I know there's a lot of GTA edits which I presume are different to the original versions but that's it, I think.
