Regarding the first two images:
1. The one in the left is Pocket Monsters Yellow. It was decrypted from the WXN pack, so PM me if you want the ROM.
2. Dunno about the right one, but it might be a rehash of Telefang. (that is, unless you want to publish a gameplay video on YT)

Ok does anyone know if the rumble cart does anything special? And also can anyone tell from the cart mold which company made Monster Go! Go! 2?

Right. AFAIK, you stick a cart into the top of the rumble cart, and it gives it rumble privileges (or however you'd like to call it.)

And Pocket Monster Go! Go! 2 is published by 'NEW GB COLOR". These guys published Zook Z and a couple other games for Vast Fame. This, may as well, be a hack of V.Fames. ;) I do remember hearing of a KOF hack by them, so this'd be a hack from before 1999. 1999 is when they started developing pirates.

Hope this all helps, man. :)

I've seen a lot of carts exactly like that, same black molding with the glittery NEW GB COLOR sticker, and a lot of them are Chinese translations of official games(examples being some Dragon Ball game and Link's Awakening), besides all the V.Fame stuff. If it's the marking of a specific publisher, it might not necessarily be V.Fame who developed it.

Is the KOF hack you're talking about RobGBA that one called KOF 98? Think it was hack of KOF95 with more characters added?

Should the rumble work with any game that is put in the top? Or is the rumble for certain games. I tried it with Monster go! go! 2 using a gba sp. Do I need to use a gbc or something? I replaced the battery just to be sure. It takes AAA.

If it's the same one you guys are talking about it's a hack of '96 that has all characters from both '95 and '96, including the secret characters like Mr. Karate.

I also have a boxed GBC KoF 2000, but the game never refers to it as such, I think it's called Super Fighters '99. I'm not 100% sure but I think the new characters are ripped from a NGPC game; seems like a lot of work was put into it if they aren't.

I used to have a copy of that hack too, so it definitely exists.

I also have a copy of that Super Fighters '99. Not sure why I do since I don't even like fighters :P Was that one dumped?

There's not much more to say than the obvious, really. Any games that do use rumble always came with the rumble ability already on the cart, so I can't see how games that weren't programmed to have rumble would trigger anything with that device.

Since you're the only one with it you'll have to tell us what you find out.

Maybe it's designed for flash carts, if you flash a rumble-enabled game.

Hey, you've got a point there! Picrodus, if you have any Yong Yong games, try it, as lots used rumble.

I wonder if every Yong Yong game is meant to rumble.
