What happened to the IRC?

Recently I noticed Stormbit's Web IRC went down, and logged in using Mibbit. Couldn't believe what I noticed: no channel slogan, only YongYong logged in and since then nobody's visiting it. :\

I can make a small server for you guys if you want an IRC channel again. I have a server that's powerful enough for one. Let me know so I can figure out what IRCd I have thats easy for me to configure and easy for you guys use. :)

I was thinking of using it again, mainly because my Skype stopped working because it's a twat.

I'd like to have another IRC to idle in as well.
