This seems to be used with the Family Basic keyboard, apparently.

Not to bring up an older topic but, I noticed a rendition of the music from some of the games on the Video VS. Maxx, just only using the Contra sound engine. However, this music rendition is based off of early JungleTac music (1999-2002). Even if it sounds highly doubtful, I think JungleTac could have composed the music for this game, maybe other ones too, like the Doraemon hack.

BootlegGames Wiki / Undumped games list

There is the 8-Bit Vii's sport game multicart, containing many undumped Trump Grand games. Most of them will only run on EmuVT, since almost all of the games run on OneBus hardware.

1993-1999 / Unused Jungle Book 2 Text?

It actually says "GAMESTR" if you look carefully, and those letters are used on Donkey Kong Country 4's title screen.[/quote]Lots of companies (many official companies) repeated sprites without copying the sprite again. That's why it says GAMESTR, it would repeat A and T to form "GAME START". I knew the DKC4 music would be misleading, but the letters are found on both of their title screens, through PPU view.
I'm thinking it's from JB2 (notice the font is exactly like JB2's)

I was looking at FCE Ultra's PPU view for DKC4 and found 3 unused letters, just G, A, and M. Presumably, it might have read "GAME START" at one point. That's about it.

The only Famicom cartridge I have is a Trump Grand Sports Multicart for the 8-bit Vii with a board marked "XA-038B" and the date "2008.3.26"

The cart's games run on a OneBus Famiclone without problems. I guess the Vii is a OneBus console since it runs the games fine.  :yay:

Yup, that's probably them. I think we could have found the actual distributors of the OneStation and the Wii rip-offs.

OK so about a few months ago, I bought this Vii from a guy in Texas who, well, makes a living off of selling famiclones. (Here is the website: http://www.kanrio.com/ )
And I bought this Vii from him to play Famicom carts. It described about normal multicart games and such, which I believed was not the games built in. Then after doing something an idiot would do, I bought it for $40.

OK, the console does have a box variation compared to the other one TweeterMan287 reviewed. The rest was the same, the cart had the same games. BUT the built in games were different. It contained around a 110+ games (I know the site says 111 but that is not the real number) that would be on normal famiclones, and no Trump Grand games except the ones on the cartridge :P . That's really it.

1984-1992 / Powerful 250 in 1
« on: December 14, 2010, 08:00:32 AM »
I think to support all of those games the cart might have a larger (in terms of physical and the memory size) CHR ROM (Correct me if I am wrong) I have an example that some CHR ROM's can be larger than normal ones in multicarts. There was a 300-in-1 at Famicom world which had a larger CHR ROM to support the game. I'm not sure if there is such equipment for dumping CHR ROM's of that size.
(Correct me if I am wrong, I'm new to studying CHR ROM's and Mappers, OneBus carts/consoles, etc. :P)

It's a 245-in-1...

POST ABOUT IT HERE:
http://www.famicomworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=5281.0

To help out, here is the quote on the 245-in-1
"Yes, unfortunately the price is marked at a premium since there is limited supply and because the cartridges are slightly more expensive since they contain larger ROMs than usual in order to get 245 games on 1 cartridge."

Can't be sure if the 250-in-1 can be dumped at the moment.

The box seems to be in fairly good English, or at least from what I saw.

About Frogger, They might have had the rights to develop the game, and Konami just gave them the license.

I find it weird how the box has Mario everywhere on the box, but does not mention any Mario games included.

1993-1999 / I don't know if anyone knows this already, but...
« on: November 25, 2010, 05:15:19 PM »
I will put a video up on YouTube of Toy Story running in NTSC and PAL really soon.

Also, Contra Spirits is the only one that does not detect PAL or NTSC (or at least the 1996 version), I think it tries to do so but always detects the console as NTSC. There are two possibilities for this cause:

1. The 1996 version may not be a complete dump, even though the rest of the game works well.
2. Considering this was one of E.H.Y's older games, I think he did not completely finish such a software for games, which probably means this auto-detect software was complete and was fully functioning around 1997.
