© sign is similar to the one used in the Dragon and Contra Spirits but do anyone has any informations for that game ??

That's Bao Qing Tian. I think it uses the same engine as The Dragon but I'm not entirely sure on that.

It probably is. That game also has leftovers from The Dragon like with Panda Prince.

it does actually have credits (in chinese) but none of them are Ei-How Yang. the only Yang there is "Wenguang Yang" as far as I can work out.
