While looking for Famiclones, I came across this site (http://www.hkbestlong.com/main.asp) for the previously mentioned company. Looking at their products, they're apparently the ones behind some of those Famiclone controllers like the Gamezone II, and they seem to have published or licensed hardware from AtGames and those awful Nice Code games on one of the handhelds.

given that they list so many arcade machines and made the Game Zone 2, I'd bet they're behind the super expensive arcade machine Famiclones that Argos (among others) sells in the UK, which have similar game selections...
Their alibaba page (http://bestlong.en.alibaba.com/) has some interesting stuff too - they seem to have been responsible for the Mega Joy (http://bestlong.en.alibaba.com/product/50704149-50072739/TN_60_TV_Game_Controller_Toys.html) for example. and they list an AtGames arcade stick (http://bestlong.en.alibaba.com/product/432884477-210352724/ARCADE_VIDEO_GAME_MACHINE_CONSOLE.html) too.
All their handhelds (http://bestlong.en.alibaba.com/productgrouplist-200401943/Handheld_game_player.html#products) actually seem to be Cool Boy variants by Subor btw (one even still has a Subor logo on it - no clue if they had some hand in making them or are just distributing them), except this (http://bestlong.en.alibaba.com/product/50332953-200401943/Handheld_game_player.html) which I have no idea about. Game King variant? Brick Game type thing with fake cartridges?

as i heard a bit from the sound engine, they also seem to have programmed the intellivision x2 games
