Well if you want to post them, you're entitled to do so.
Another nod about Shui Hu Shen Shou; Looking through the scans of the guide, I found out that the battle with Chen Hu I mentioned was somewhere in Chapter 3, shown on Page 97. Further inspection reveal that some of the side characters, other than Yan Long, have more than one mugshot (May most likely be false), and also from the guide's screen caps, here are the mugshots I have yet to rip:
*Character with eyes closed and holding a blade over it's mouth. (Page 117)
*Two different characters with almost identical faces (Pages 118 and 119)
*Character with dark hair; met in a forest (Page 122)
*A person with a very drowsy face (Page 126)
*Two characters, one with large eyebrows and chin (is that supposed to be a beard?) and another with a mischievous face. (Page 135)
*A character with a large visor (Page 136)
*Two here, A character similar to the "mischievous" guy mentioned two bullets before, and a man with a mustache and a beard. (Page 138)
I'm sure there's others, but I don't have much desire to play SHSS at the moment. Though I do find it a tad bit more interesting than SKXS, as it's not as broken, takes on chinese mythology (my lust for asian culture may help this), and is the more challenging of the two games, thanks to Game Overs being present (including ones caused by stupid cutscenes like the timed desert area where you have to race to save a guy before he's killed, ending your game.
I'm sure one of those codes in SHSS is a infinite HP or instant max level cheat. Maybe it'd save the time spent leveling up my monsters and the only things I'd have to do is just do the things that advance the plot.
EDIT: And here is stuff about Shi Kong Xing Shou.
You are correct about a possibility of saving/resurrecting Mitt at the game's climax, as it shows him alive and well in Ballot's home with another person (can't be Ballot or his father, as they are stuck in the middle of the desert). I think it's only a new scene that follows the one with Nina and Claude, which is normally skipped in a casual playthrough.
I am unsure of what the unlock conditions are, but if it just so happens to be "catch every obtainable beast in the game and own seen data of uncatchable beasts", it'd have to be done on a clean save in a single sitting, without powering off or resetting, as doing this scrambles up the "Dex" data, removing monsters.
Another EDIT: Ladies and gentlemen, I give you...
